The player counts are real
Servers that claim more players than they have, and farms of copied servers, are left out of the list. What you see is people actually playing, and the list refreshes every minute.

Pick a modded server and SYSDZ subscribes to its mods on the Workshop, waits for Steam to download them, then starts DayZ. Mods for your favourite and recent servers stay up to date in the background.

Size and date of every mod. Export or import a list, repair a broken one, remove the ones no server you play needs, and add local mods when you test your own server.

Windowed, skip the intro, an empty main menu for a faster start, keep running in the background. The launcher passes them to DayZ every time.

A sponsored server is pinned at the top of the SYSDZ server list for every player, with a Sponsored mark, whatever they search or filter. This is how it looks right now:

Spots are set by SYSCLI only; nobody can buy or add one from inside the launcher. At most five servers are pinned at a time. A sponsored server has to be online and report its real player count, and server farms are refused.
To ask for a spot, press Request a sponsored spot in #sponsored-servers on the SYSCLI Discord. Server owners can also ask there for the Server Owner role, which opens a channel for owners.
Something else? Ask in #sysdz-help on Discord.
